Training Only – Looking to play youth volleyball in Collierville, Memphis, Northern Mississippi or Eastern Arkansas without joining a team? Our Training Only program is ideal for athletes seeking to develop their volleyball skills and athleticism through targeted training sessions with no team or travel commitment required. Great for beginners, multi-sport athletes or anyone wanting to improve their volleyball skills.
BOLD Academy Developmental – Our development program is ideal for new or younger players in Collierville, Memphis, and surrounding areas including Hernando, Olive Branch, and Southaven. Athletes learn youth volleyball fundamentals, teamwork and the basics of competitive play in a fun, supportive club environment. Perfect for families searching for affordable beginner volleyball in the Mid-South!
Local Teams – BOLD Athletics Local Teams compete with other youth volleyball clubs in the area. Athletes receive top-notch coaching, regular local matches and a true team experience close to home – minimal travel required. If you’re searching for a Memphis or Collierville club volleyball program with strong competition and community, Local team is for you!
Travel Teams – Our Travel Teams are dedicated for youth volleyball athletes from Collierville, Memphis, and Northern Mississippi seeking high-level commitment as well as regional and national competition. Travel Teams represent BOLD Athletics at Major Tournaments, offering exposure and advanced training for those wanting to play volleyball at the highest level. WHAT TO EXPECT AT TRYOUTS
Skills Assessment – Players participate in drills to evaluate serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, movement, and court awareness.
Mindset & Potential Evaluation – Coaches observe attitude, effort, coachability, communication, and teamwork to assess current and long-term growth potential.
Team Placement Process – Athletes are considered for placement on Training Only, Developmental, Local or Travel Teams based on skill, age, and overall fit.

Returning parents and athletes, please review and update your accounts. New participants, create a parent account first, then add athlete profiles. This is required for everyone. Accurate contact info (email, phone) ensures you receive important updates.

BOLD offers four levels (Training Only, BOLD Academy (Developmental), Local, Travel) for youth beginner to elite athletes. Parents and athletes, please review how teams are selected. All teams uphold BOLD’s Culture and Code of Conduct.
4. USAV Memberships Are now available!
USAV Membership Numbers are required for each athlete. Create or log in to your SportsEngine account. Parents should create an account first, then add their athlete.
